highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultants to join our
dynamic dealership team. This is an excellent opportunity for

to hear from you. Job Responsibilities Execute the dealership’s
sales process from initial prospecting to vehicle delivery. Present
and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicle inventory to prospective
buyers. Maintain daily inventory knowledge and stay updated on all
available units. Develop and implement strategies to increase
customer engagement and market share. Prepare and review monthly
sales goals with sales leadership. Maintain dealership performance
standards including Customer Service Index (CSI), gross profit
averages, and unit sales targets. Stay current with product
knowledge, market trends, and certification requirements. Utilize
Client Relationship Management (CRM) software effectively to track
and manage customer interactions. Requirements Prior automotive
sales experience is a plus, but not required. Strong interpersonal,
presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently
and within a team setting. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a
strong work ethic. Willingness to learn and stay informed on
automotive products and industry trends. Education and/or
Experience High School Diploma or GED required. Previous experience
in sales, customer service, or related fields preferred.
