Position Information The Custodian, under supervision, provides daily, general cleaning services to Center buildings. Responsibilities: Sweeps, mops, scrubs, applies finish to floors, dusts, and cleans glass, walls, and restrooms. Assists with trash removal from buildings. Cleans/polishes metal hardware, shampoos carpet, moves furniture, and mixes cleaning chemicals. Reports major damage on equipment. Performs other duties as directed. Required Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience. No prior experience required. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. What You Need to Know Salary: This is an hourly paid position. Compensation for this position is commensurate based on the selected candidate’s qualifications. All positions are security-sensitive.
