Job Description Job Description HousePro is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our dispatch and management team. In this role you will provide various type of administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. Your responsibilities will vary from data entry, assisting with parts ordering, billing, helping dispatch at high volume call times, various other office tasks, and working on projects as needed. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, feel comfortable working with a computer (no coding or advanced computed knowledge required), feel comfortable on the phone, and have the ability to multitask in a casual but fast-paced environment. HousePro is a widely-respected HVAC company with over 20 years of experience serving the greater Houston area, and we are looking for a dedicated individual to join our administrative team. This position is part time but may evolve into full time as the company grows. Requirements Experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus Benefits $15 - $20 Hourly based on experience Causal work environment Opportunity for advancement over time
