As a CDL A Truck Driver at Hogan1, you'll be part of a respected firm that values reliable service and professional growth. This role is vital in maintaining our reputation as a leader in the transportation industry, providing timely delivery while ensuring the highest standards of safety and compliance. Operate a tractor-trailer or truck with a capacity of at least 26,000 pounds Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW). Complete daily logs and trip paperwork along with adhering to company policies and procedures. Conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections of your vehicle and report any problems or damage. Follow all state, federal, and local company regulations pertaining to driving heavy trucks. Ensure the timely delivery of goods and materials while maintaining safety as the top priority. Communicate with dispatchers, other drivers, and customers professionally. Manage routes efficiently and adjust to unexpected detours or changes as needed. Proficiency in driving heavy trucks and handling related documentation. Good knowledge of truck maintenance and repair. Excellent navigation skills and familiarity with route planning. Strong time management and communication abilities.
